These awards celebrate excellence by recognising outstanding individuals, innovative programs, and exceptional achievements within the incentive and recognition industries.

Excellence in Gift Cards
The Excellence Award for Gift Cards aims to identify and recognise outstanding examples of B2B programs, products, and services designed and executed in the gift card industry.
Entries could be from retailers, hospitality or leisure companies managing their own B2B gift cards, aggregators or agencies working in the B2B gift card space or agencies managing B2B incentive or benefit programs where gift cards are the primary reward.
Excellence in Loyalty & Engagement
The Excellence Award for Loyalty & Engagement is to identify and recognise outstanding examples of Loyalty and incentive programs, products and services.
Entries may come from companies that manage in-house programs or agencies that manage programs on behalf of third parties.
Excellence in Incentive Travel
The Excellence Award for Incentive Travel is to identify and recognize outstanding examples of the use of Incentive Travel as an integral part of an incentive program or to honour a company offering Incentive Travel products and services.
Excellence in Innovation & Technology
The Excellence Award for Innovation & Technology is to identify and recognize outstanding examples of B2B programs where technology has been pivotal to success or where a new, creative innovation has been included in the program.
This award is also open to companies that offer technical services to the incentives industry or that have demonstrated innovation through the launch of a new product or service during 2025 or 2026.
Excellence in Merchandise
The Excellence Award Merchandise is to identify and recognise outstanding examples of B2B programs, products and services that are designed and executed where merchandise is the primary reward.
The awards are also open to companies offering merchandise services to the incentive industry.
Excellence in incentives & Recognition
The Excellence Award for Incentives & Recognition is to identify and recognise outstanding examples of incentive and recognition programs, products and services.
Entries are welcomed from companies that manage incentive and recognition programs in-house and from agencies that offer programs to third parties.
Excellence in Social Responsiblity & Sustainability
The Excellence Award for Social Responsibility & Sustainability is to identify and recognize outstanding examples of incentive programs where Social Responsibility or Sustainability is the primary aim of the program or to honor companies that offer social responsible or sustainable products and services into te B2B sector.
Rising Star Industry Influencer
The Rising Star Industry Influencer recognises a member of the IMA Europe Rising Stars Community who has made an outstanding contribution to IMA Europe and Rising Stars, and who demonstrates outstanding performance within their own company.
The winner of this award is likely to be a future leader in the Incentive Marketing industry.
Inspirational Place to Work

This award is open to IMA Europe members (fully paid members since January 2026) who believe they are the most inspirational place to work.
President’s Award
Working with the IMA Europe Board the IMA Europe President chooses an individual or organisation who has made a significant contribution to the Incentive Marketing industry across Europe.
Previous recipients have been recognised for their pioneering, innovative approach; recognised for their achievements in building a successful company or program.
