Rising Stars is a new initiative designed to create a supportive community for young talent in the industry. This group aims to provide a comfortable environment without barriers, where members can discuss relevant topics and receive support from their peers.
Open to anyone under 35 working in the industry, as long as their company is an IMA Europe member, there is no limit on the number of Rising Stars per company.
The initiative seeks to unite younger industry members, the future executives of our businesses, by offering opportunities to join dedicated webinars and activities focused on developing their talents. In the long term, the goal is for this group to influence and help shape IMA Europe’s strategy.
