About Bob’s Loyalty Shop

Bob’s Loyalty Shop is a boutique offering that works with clients, brands, agencies and incentive providers within the loyalty, partnership marketing and promotions space.
We work with both global networks and local independent agency owners with regard to improving the front-end presales part of their business.
This includes researching, planning, and responding to RFI’s and RFP’s. Leading / supporting and guiding their pitch teams by providing additional planning, knowledge, creativity, specific industry or sector expertise and support. Developing new business processes and materials, sourcing partners or rewards, driving PR and producing on-going content to generate leads. Hence our role is often a hybrid of virtual planning, creative, partnership, product and marketing director.
Travel, leisure, and lifestyle rewards is a key area of our expertise and clients often also involve us in the sourcing or the creation of new incentive and reward products.
